Café Grille began as an exciting exploration of who we are, what we love and what we envision sharing with the people of El Paso. Our search for greatness has led us to create a restaurant that is more than just a restaurant, but is an experience. The vision of becoming market leaders in the hospitality industry has brought together two of El Paso’s most successful restaurateurs. Alejandro Orozco and Rafael Arellano, known for their inventive style and expert execution, now share their passion and are leading the way to an amazing creation of what will be a progressive American grille.
